Pre- Kindergarten Class
Our Pre-K program for 4 and 5 year olds supports children’s social, physical, and cognitive skills through active learning including art, music, literacy, and actual experiences. We focus on pre-reading and literacy development while using different approaches in preparation for kindergarten. We explore areas of numbers and letters, while investigating topics such as dinosaurs, insects, and the environment. This program partners with the Springfield Museum of Art to have in-class weekly art activities planned by the museum education specialist.
